multi-media art classes

Story & Illustration

     In this class, students will be writing original short stories and then illustrating them!  We’ll be learning about the basics of Story Structure, and the joys of bringing a story to life using the media of their choice! 
     They can write a funny story using colored pencil, a serious story using watercolor, or an adventure story using markers!  Or maybe all three!!
​    Along with illustrating their stories, students will also record their own voices reading their story, and the final product will be an animatic style video narrated by the student.

90 minutes - 6-13 year olds
$100 for 4 classes + $15 materials Fee

Mixed Media art

     Each week, students will be learning about a new media form in this class, and the projects will range from fun tri-fold comics to found-object collages to 3D paintings!  
     Kids will have a chance to express themselves any way they wish, and to experiment with media they've never used before.  As they play, they'll learn  the excitement of trying new things, and to trust themselves as they experiment and grow!
